Admission Requirements

Enrollment is open to all men and women past the age of compulsory education. All students must have a high school diploma or GED and possess a positive mental attitude.

Enrollment Procedures

Each applicant for admission will be accepted after completing the following:
1. Tour of the facility and interview with an Admissions Representative.
2. An application for admission.
3. Remit a $100 registration fee to confirm enrollment.
Each candidate for admission is considered without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability. Oklahoma Health Academy complies with the provision of Title IV of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and 1974 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

Surgical Technologist Admission Requirements

In addition to the above requirements, the candidate must also meet the specific requirements for the Surgical Technologist program:
1. Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
2. Must successfully pass the Pre-Admissions Exam.
